The AI Programme requires a communications strategy to outline the vision and objectives for communications across the Programme and how these will be achieved. As part of this strategy, the Programme also needs to develop its approach and understanding of audiences, channels and methods for communications that will shape and influence the way communications are delivered within the Programme.
