NOT AWARDED - Tender for the Supply, Installation and Maintenance of Server Equipment

Description

HM Government of Gibraltar is looking at replacing its Blade and Storage Array Network technology and to enter into a 5 year hire purchase agreement and maintenance service level agreement for the new equipment. The successful tenderer will also be required to migrate the data from the old hardware to the new. Interested parties may submit tenders via HM Government of Gibraltar's Supplier Network Portal https://hmgogsupplier.gibraltar.gov.gi User guides available at: http://www.procurement.gov.gi/index.php/guides/96-procurement-eservice-user-guides Additional information: Gibraltar does not participate in the Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA) under the World Trade Organization (WTO). HM Government of Gibraltar therefore reserves the right to consider only those bids from eligible tenderers in Gibraltar, the UK, or a country or territory covered by a trade agreement extending to Gibraltar that contains relevant procurement provisions. Organisations established in a non-eligible country (see para above) may participate in tenders issued by HM Government of Gibraltar, at HM Government of Gibraltar's sole discretion, if, as part of their submission, they demonstrate to HM Government of Gibraltar's satisfaction, the creation/establishment of an organisation in Gibraltar, to deliver the requirements of the tender.
