Description

EY will, in taking the business lead roles, assist Bromford Housing Group in completing the tasks identified in the service stand-up plan and agreed between both parties. This may include but is not limited to supporting: Confirming the remaining test phases required Identifying and defining test scenarios for all necessary testing Defining test scripts to test the agreed test scenarios Execution of remaining test phases Identify training required for the project team and end users Development of training courses and materials Delivery of training courses Data migration testing and cutover Cutover and go-live Hypercare EY will work with Bromford Housing Group to prioritise the work across the EY team within this support workstream where the team capacity has been reached or additional resources requested to take on additional tasks. Where additional resources are requested this will be via change control.
