LLAL has decided to invite tenders for the provision of external audit services for a period of three years (with potential for extension of a further two years) with effect from 1 May 2022. The 1st April coincides with the start of the annual audit cycle and the successful tenderer will undertake the 2021/22 audit. LLAL's year-end is 31st March, and it prepares its accounts under FRS 102. LLAL's accounts are consolidated into those of its shareholder and must therefore be finalised (including tax computations) by the middle of May each year, and fully audited and signed by the end of June.
