GC Business Growth Hub (GC BGH) wishes to appoint two Innovation Champions (or the equivalent of approximately 280 days) to support the delivery of the Energy Innovation Hubs support programme. The Growth Company (GC) is at the heart of Greater Manchester (GM)'s innovation ecosystem, supporting 17,000+ businesses annually through our Business Services division and working collaboratively with 25+ business incubators/accelerators across GM. We have used this experience/expertise and local insight and worked closely with our key delivery partners to develop an innovative business support project - Energy Innovation Hub - aiming to accelerate the growth of new environmental products/services as well as the transformation of business processes to support the delivery of GM's decarbonisation agenda and bridge the innovation gap that has been identified. Programme delivery is scheduled to commence in October 2021 and will run through to March 2022. Please note that GC BGH are still awaiting confirmation of a successful outcome of bid for funding and this project is dependent on securing the funds.
