Description

The OfS are seeking to develop a strategic and inclusive wellbeing offering aligned to our organizational objectives and values that supports the physical and mental wellbeing of our workforce. The supplier will be expected to support and deliver the following areas under this contract: •6.1 Health and Wellbeing Calendar •6.2 Support employees through the changing nature of work •6.3 Design and Deliver Wellbeing Learning •6.4 Mental Health First Aiders and Wellbeing Champions •6.5 Measure and Insights Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
