Enabling Works at the Trinity Enterprise Zone site at the Port of Sunderland to develop the site into a 'shovel ready' state for future development The following works are required: • General site clearance and removal of buried obstructions. • Removal of contaminated hot spots and decommissioning of boreholes. • Localised earthworks and re-grading of the site, including processing of existing made/natural ground for re-use as site won material. • Construction of new highways access to the South of the site. • Construction of new drainage infrastructure for the site. • Coordination of new utility connections to the site, including electrical substations. • Construction of new boundary fencing and repair work to existing masonry walls. • Demolition of existing structures • Implementation of landscaping works, including ecological mitigation measures Additional information: Further competition under NEPO211 Civil Engineering and Infrastructure Works Framework
