The primary objective of the contract is to provide leasing advisory services (advice and guidance on existing and new lease arrangements), lease brokering services, capital planning and options appraisal services, lease portfolio management, capital finance advisory services, new asset financing advisory services, new and existing asset financing, and leasing training (where it may be required).
