Description

South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced provider of Rail Stations Infrastructure Improvements Research. South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive (SYPTE) have developed a package of infrastructure improvements for 11 rail stations across South Yorkshire. The objectives of the scheme are to deliver a consistent set of standards at each of the rail stations that provide customers with safe and secure facilities that are accessible, give readily available service information, and offer a pleasant waiting environment with appropriate amenities. Works are programmed to start on site in July 2022 Prior to completion of this this work, research is required to establish current levels of satisfaction with facilities at these stations and to profile customer travel patterns.
