Homes England - Whittingham Cricket Club Refurbishment Works

Homes England is currently seeking to appoint a competent Supplier for the provision of refurbishment works to Whittingham Cricket Club, Whittingham, Preston. The cricket club is a standalone single storey building, sited on the edge of the cricket ground. There is a small Tea Room adjacent, together with an equipment lock-up. The works broadly comprise: • Internal and external repairs and refurbishment works including roof and timber repairs; and • installation of a new electric water heater and supplies to showers along with sundry other works. The Supplier will be required to design and construct hot & cold water and electrical installations. Additional information: The opportunity can be accessed via the Homes England eTendering system. Suppliers wishing to be considered for this contract must register their expression of interest and submit a tender through the Homes England eTendering system.
