Bespoke Career Software

Description

A bespoke vehicle to engage all students in their career development journey upon entrance into Bedfordshire through to graduate support. Support for the Careers and Employability team to work with faculties to embed careers into the curriculum. Customised programmes/pathways would be developed to support all student needs and resources for specific groups can be identified such as international students, mature students, including wide ranging culture and diversity resources. This would provide custom-made award programmes. It would enable Careers and Employability to develop a template for curriculum input as a basic starter of provision that the Employability Advisers would adapt using relevant resources to meet the needs of each school. There is an extensive range of activities, tests, questionnaires, and resources, including extensive employer and sector knowledge that would be embedded into the curriculum.
