Langstane Housing Association are procuring a contractor, or contractors, who will undertake annual gas servicing including “wet” electrical heating systems (domestic and commercial); servicing of commercial heating systems; servicing and reactive repairs of air source heat pumps; Maintenance, servicing and replacement where appropriate of smoke detectors, CO2 detectors; reactive repairs and maintenance to commercial heating systems inclusive of boiler plants; reactive repairs to Gas Central Heating Installations systems (various boiler types, and flues (domestic and commercial); out of Hours emergency call out service; one off boiler replacement. Additional information: Community Benefits will be required as part of this contract
