Supply, manufacture, construct, implement, deliver, operate and decommission the TM required for Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games at competition and non-competition venues, together with any other CWG sites or locations requiring TM measures. The services to be delivered as part of this are, but not exclusive to: - Project Management; - Traffic Management Services; - Temporary traffic management equipment - Ancillary Site Equipment; - Manufacture and supply of statutory, wayfinding and information signage - Specialist labour to operate equipment including Vehicle Permit Checkpoints (VPC) at all specified locations; - Specialist labour to manage crowd movements at venues and transport hubs; and - Non-specialist labour (traffic stewards) to manage access to venue car parks. The West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) is seeking to appoint a Contractor to undertake the delivery of the Local Area Traffic Management and Parking (LATMP) plans and the Games Route Network (GRN) for the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games (CWG). In addition, the appointed Contractor will provide on-going support as and when required to the TfWM Games Traffic Management (TM) team until the end of the CWG.
