The subject matter of this process relates to the delivery of services which are listed in Schedule 3 of the Public Contract Regulations. The services provided under this contract relate to the provision of Community Liaison Officers (CLOs) support services in response to the Government's 'Homes for Ukraine' scheme. The Service Provider is working with various relevant groups to provide information, advice and guidance on a city/district/area basis and ensure that the support provided is as safe and effective as possible. The city and district councils are working with the County Council and the Service Provider to mobilise a team to support the most vulnerable in our community. The Service Provider will liaise with local authority support teams across Oxfordshire, Ukrainian residents, host families and work with partners, community groups and other members of the community to build a support framework, make a holistic assessment of individuals support needs, or signpost to an appropriate package of support. The contract period is initially seven (7) months with an option to extend by up to a maximum of six (6) months beginning on 1 April 2022.
