Brief Description of Requirement The Low Pay Commission (LPC) invites tenders from researchers to assess any impacts of the reduction in the age of entitlement to the National Living Wage (NLW) from age 25 to age 23, which took place in April 2021. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria as set out in the ITQ document.
