Resurfacing, Reconstruction, Patching, Recycling and High Friction Surfacing (HFS) Framework 2022 - 2026. The Framework will have 3 lots: Lot 1 - Is County wide (based on Area East with uplifts (positive or negative) for work in Areas North and South) and it consists of the resurfacing and reconstruction and patching of carriageways, associated works and the disposal of arisings to licenced or approved facilities for either future reuse/recycling or disposal (no re-use/recycling of arisings in the works).
