Community Ophthalmology Service in South and West Herts consists of a consultant delivered triage/RMC service and a treatment service for all routine ophthalmology conditions. A single point of access for Optometry referrals and triage service covering: a. Receipt and recording of all Ophthalmology referrals from community optometrists, GPs, and other recognised clinicians whether by electronic or paper means of delivery. b.
