Equans Drainage Team on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council is seeking a suitably qualified consultant to carry out a study to build the evidence base required for an Outline Business Case to be submitted to the Environment Agency to secure funding for flood mitigation works to be installed across Grimsby. The OBC will cover the areas already known to flood, plus areas identified as high risk during the study.
