This notice is intended to facilitate early market engagement only and is not a call for competition. Accent is looking at its CCTV service delivery across its 5 regional areas: • Maintenance and repair of the cameras / systems we already have in place. • Installation of new systems dictated by the need of the business • Installation of temporary cameras to deal with short term issues. • Installation of covert cameras, these installations will need to be completed with ultimate discretion. CCTV Cameras are installed across all of our five regions: o Yorkshire & Humber o East o South o North West o North East We currently have a National contract in place, however, are open to the art of the possible and may look to supply as regional suppliers/contracts going forward. Accent wishes to explore the art of the possible and develop its service office and scope of service provision/specification. . We wish to conduct Supplier Engagement Days, where we would invite suppliers to come along and meet with us to discuss our current CCTV arrangements, innovations and new ways of service delivery: o any new ideas that would work better o any areas that may be streamlined o Improved value for money o Cloud technology o Safe Data Storage / GDPR Please confirm by way of expression of interest and message advising you wish to attend our events being held at: Accent Housing Ltd: Charlestown House, Acorn Park Industrial Estate, Charlestown, Shipley, BD17 7SW on the Wednesday 3rd August 2022.
