Following on from an extensive in-depth review of NS&I IT strategy including an IT Audit of the current ATOS estate and future direction, this requirement is to build upon the work previously conducted and presented in January 2020. The primary aim is to re-review and re-assess the risks and progress made against the risks and recommendations, and identify any further risks and recommendations to ensure NS&I are aware of any mitigations or changes they need to make in the delivery of the IT strategy to support the overall business. In addition to the primary objective, and as part of the assessment of the alignment to the strategy and Rainbow programme, NS&I require a similar assessment of risks, issues and gaps relating to Procurement Package D (core banking engine) and the delivery of the Rainbow programme. An in-depth understanding of the current NS&I IT strategy, risks, IT estate and technology direction is required to ensure that NS&I achieve value from the supplier in achieving the aims and objectives of this discrete piece of work.
