Bury Council is seeking to appoint a consultancy or consultant to work alongside their Chief Information Officer to develop a new Target Operating Model for the IT function, including a new approach to programme management and governance to ensure the effective delivery of the teams current and future commitments. The new Target Operating Model will be delivered through extensive engagement with staff and outcomes will include a plan to move from the as is now to the new model. The successful bidder will need to be able to demonstrate their experience in delivering similar projects for other local government organisations.
