Works Specification Item 1 Prepare and resurface perimeter pathway surrounding the Grange open space in Leominster, Herefordshire (Postcode: HR6 8NL. Google location ref: 52.22753889878363, -2.7358834544387753) - total area of approx. 2000m2, marked in blue on the map provided. Item 2 Widen and resurface pathway crossing the centre of the Grange open space in Leominster, Herefordshire - total area of approx. 400m2, marked in green on the map provided. Works must: - include planing and any necessary remedial work required to bridge tree roots (affecting an area of approx. 175m2). Tree roots are not to be disturbed or removed. - provide a smooth, level asphalt surface (to the extent possible without disturbing or removing tree roots), of a suitable quality to support access for pedestrians and service vehicles. - include any remedial works to sunken ironwork. - incorporate sealing of joints between new surfacing and existing connecting surfaces. - include appropriate lighting, signing and guarding to protect members of the public for the duration of the works. - leave the site clean, tidy and ready for use. - be completed by 30th September 2022. Estimated contract value (incl. VAT): £36,000 - £54,000 Note: public toilets are located at the site, so no additional temporary facilities will be required.
