NHS SBS Sustainable Transport for Healthcare Services Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS)

Description

NHS Shared Business Services Limited (NHS SBS) act in an Agency capacity for and on behalf of its customers (Approved Organisations) - existing and new. These comprise of NHS and Social Care organisations (whether acting individually, or on behalf of, or together as members of any consortia) along with any other public or private sector bodies which NHS SBS authorises to use the resulting Framework/Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). NHS SBS intends to put in place a DPS for the provision of Sustainable Transport for Healthcare Services to be used by NHS SBS Approved Organisations and are using this PIN Notice to engage with the market. We are committed to working with suppliers who are dedicated to Sustainability and Social Value, and this will be included within the DPS assessment criteria. Please note, for this DPS we are not looking for the following: - • Patient Transport Services For this DPS we are looking for the following: Sustainable Transport Categories: Active Transport - includes; •Cycle Parking & Infrastructure •Cycle Hire (Including E Bikes) •Low Carbon Logistics Zero Carbon Transport - includes; •Electric Vehicle Charging Points •Induction Charging / Battery Storage •Hydrogen Refuelling •Independent Connection Providers •Solar Canopies/Car Ports Public Transport - includes; •Ride Sharing Apps •Park & Ride Consultancy - includes; •Sustainable Travel Consultancy •Travel Survey Data Platforms Additional information: This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to signal an intention to commence market engagement with those within the Sustainable Transport market. NHS Shared Business Services reserve the right to withdraw this notice at any time. NHS Shared Business Services is not bound to accept any proposals submitted by Bidders and is not liable for any costs incurred as a result of Bidders engaging with this process. This Early Market Engagement Exercise does not guarantee that procurement will take place and NHS Shared Business Services reserves the right to defer from any procurement entirely. NHS Shared Business Services intends to hold market engagement sessions during July and August 2022 with industry experts and suppliers interested in potentially bidding for the resulting DPS contract. Please note that, to register, you must have a valid DUNS number (as provided by Dun and Bradstreet) for the organisation which you are registering, who will be entering into a Framework Agreement if invited to do so. The value is an indicative value over the first 3 years.
