The works involve the internal re-modeling of existing bedrooms. Including new floor coverings, decoration, and internal portioned walls, alongside the installation of new En-suite bathrooms, which also includes upgrades to M&E services. Section 1 - Derby (Block D - Rooms D5 & D6, D7 & D8, D13 & D14, and D18 & D19) - En-suites to all apart from D18 & D19 which is to re-model to form protected lobby & individual study spaces Section 2 - Lenton (Block 5 - Rooms 5 & 6 and 15 & 16) - Re-modelling to form new protected lobby & individual study spaces
