The supplier will adapt our current four-day course on Intellectual Property (IP) into a seven-day virtual version. Each session will be no more than three hours in length, totalling a maximum 21 hours of training. We will provide existing materials including PowerPoint slides, handouts and case studies. The supplier will use this material as the basis for the seven-day virtual course, using expertise and judgement to weed out content not required. They will adapt the existing material and produce new slides and materials of a similar standard and knowledge level, considering adult learning principles. They must also produce comprehensive facilitator notes that would enable another subject matter expert (SME) to deliver the training if required. They supplier will also deliver the seven-day virtual course to approximately 20 adult learners from across different government departments. The learners will have experience working on IP and an understanding of key trade concepts, institutions and architecture. The level of the course should be high, aimed at those with at least one year working exclusively on IP. Participants should be challenged and the course should not cover basic information or content included on the Trade Faculty practitioner level. Upon completing the course, the supplier will provide the Trade Faculty with the course facilitation notes. Deliverables: •Adapt existing four-day course into a maximum of 21 hours training of similar standard and level. Produce relevant slides and handouts and develop comprehensive facilitator notes using Trade Faculty branded templates.
