The customer has appointed a single contractor for the Acquire, Design and Build ("ADB") services for the EAS sites in England and Wales (the "ADB contractor"}. The ADB contractor shall be responsible for acquiring the greenfield sites and designing and building the transmission infrastructure on each site.
