The Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities wishes to notify interested organisations of its intention to procure services to deliver Building Safety assessment documentation and processes relating to Fire Risk Appraisals of External Wall (FRAEW) assessments. This is a new requirement for the Department and there is no current long-term provision in place. The interventions the Department is seeking to assure are new, and this is not to replace an existing service. The Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities is conducting market engagement with interested organisations.
