Request for Information - Warehouse Management System

QE Facilities is looking to carry out a preliminary market engagement exercise to establish what solutions are currently available in the market in advance of making a decision as to how to procure a Warehouse Management System. In advance of any Procurement or mini competition/ direct call-off process under a previously procured Framework Agreement, QE Facilities intends to invite suppliers to participate in the following scoping exercise. Please note, this exercise is not part of any pre-qualification or selection process. It is intended as an awareness, communication and information-gathering exercise offering an opportunity for potential suppliers to provide information/present their solutions. All communication shall be submitted through and published via the online messaging facility provided on the NHS Sourcing Portal which can be accessed via www.nhssourcing.co.uk (https://www.nhssourcing.co.uk). The onus is on potential providers to review regularly all the information published on the Portal in relation to this project. Further to the above; as part of the pre-market discovery exercise, QE Facilities may wish to invite providers to present their Solutions to key stakeholders of the Trust. QE Facilities provides no commitment to award a contract or commence any tender process as a result of this market engagement exercise.
