"The Executive Director Pathway Programme aims to create an approach to talent development, offering targeted preparation for five professions, who sit on a provider organisation Board; Nursing, Medical, Finance, COO and HR/Workforce, balanced with the flexibility required to adapt and welcome entrants who will be developing into new or emerging roles.
