Description

Delivery, implementation and support of FixMyStreet Pro & WasteWorks, online reporting tools integrated with LBB's Environmental Services line of business system and our Waste Contractor's line of business system. This contract is a 8+2 term with the extension being at the discretion of the council Additional information: Regulation 32 (2) (b) (ii) and (iii) provides an exemption and allows negotiated procedure without prior publication, where services can be supplied only by a particular economic operator because competition is absent for technical reasons or for the protection of exclusive rights, including intellectual property rights, where no reasonable alternative or substitute exists and the absence of competition is not the result of an artificial narrowing down of the parameters of the procurement.
