A comprehensive design service is initially required up to the end of RIBA Stage 3 and up to RIBA Stage 6 subject to further NMP funding being awarded.\r \r The Design Team should be headed up by a lead designer who is required to be the architect. The services initially required in the design team are as follows:\r \r • Architect (Lead Designer)\r • Structural/ Civil Engineer\r • MEP Designer to include environmental performance\r • Landscape Architect\r • Principal Designer to advise on all H&S and compliance matters\r • Planning/ heritage conservation\r \r Once appointed, the Consultant Project Manager, in liaison with the Lead Designer, will identify whether any other specialist design consultants are required to successfully deliver the project.\r \r The Design Team(s) will provide, through all disciplines, appropriate advice, drawings, plans, calculations, specifications, surveys and reports in order to progress a high quality development following the RIBA Plan of Work 2020 stages.
