The current sandwich room chillers are not fit for purpose and need to be replaced with a food safety hygiene system that conforms to the current food safety regulations and that will maintain a consistent 6 degrees in all circumstances. The system is to be a dual system with automatic changeover and each condenser able to supply the demand need at any one given time. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
