The General Medical Council (GMC) would like to commission research to assess the perceptions of us (the GMC) in eight of our key audiences: doctors, responsible officers, medical students (doctors), patients and the public, employers, educators, stakeholders/key partners and qualified physician associates/anaesthesia associates). The research has two key purposes: 1. To provide the GMC with tracking data, which will be used to help assess progress on the GMC's 2021-25 corporate strategy. 2. Audience perceptions - to help us understand our key audiences' perceptions of us and our role. We would also like to compare perceptions to previous tracking survey data to identify how we can improve relationships and identify future areas of focus.
