The CMA are looking for consultancy services from a supplier who has advanced knowledge of NUIX Discover and co-redaction within the context of a law firm in order to: •Review and validate the CMA co-redaction business process maps and interaction between the CMA and 3rd parties. •Review and validate the CMA co-redaction ongoing support processes. •Review co-redaction training needs for both CMA and external parties. •Perform end to end testing of the co-redaction process using NUIX Discover, identifying any potential issues and risks. •Produce documentation summarising potential issues and risks with the co-redaction process from an external 3rd party perspective that could cause reputational damage to the CMA. •Provide ad hoc support to the project team. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
