"Currently our services use a combination of manual processes or system Theseus to ensure delivery to our service users. With both systems they are currently time consuming or do not provide the full requirements needed to be able to ensure a smooth lean process, to provide the best customer service possible. Additionally with no link between our current services there is no simple way to understand when our service users require multiple services within public health, nor the ability to track any trends to proactively tackle prevention. \r We have identied the need for a cloud based solution which will not only allow us the ability to track users across our service, but also the ability to streamline processes, and create bespoke front facing interfaces for each team dependent of the service the service user requires at that moment. "
