St George's Gateway presents a significant regeneration opportunity in Liverpool - home to key historic and cultural assets with development opportunities unlocked due to the removal of Churchill Way Flyovers there is potential for transformational change and delivery of sustainable growth for the benefits of the city's economy and its residents. Liverpool City Council, in partnership with Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU) and National Museums Liverpool (NML), would like to procure the services of a highly experienced and exceptional consultancy team, to prepare a detailed Planning Policy and Delivery Framework including Design Codes for the area (herein referred to as 'the Framework'), which is both visionary, ambitious and deliverable. It will also be adopted as a Supplementary Planning Document to aid decision making, thereby providing certainty for investors.
