*** THIS IS AN AWARD NOTICE, NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION *** This procurement is being concluded as a Single Sourcing Action Brief Description of Requirement Each year all the winners of the Queen's Awards for Enterprise are presented with a lead crystal glass trophy, engraved with the Queen's Awards Emblem, Award title and winning year. The Queen's Awards Office is responsible for ordering the quantity of trophies required each year and instructing the supplier on the delivery addresses. The current contact is ending and therefore the Queen's Awards Office has a requirement for the provision of trophies for Award Winners in 2022, and the following 2 years. Objectives The winning supplier will be responsible for the design, manufacture, quality control and delivery of the lead crystal glass trophies. The Winners are announced on 21 April each year. The Queen's Award Office will provide the winning supplier with delivery addresses for the trophies during April. Deliveries of the trophies should be completed by 30 June each year. The winning supplier will send the trophies in presentation boxes to the relevant Lord-Lieutenant office in each county, except Greater London where the trophies are sent directly to the winning companies. A named Account Manager is required to be dedicated to the management of the account and there will be a single contact point at BEIS. Invoicing will be annually on delivery of all trophies
