Bedford Borough Council requires the delivery and co-ordination of the following: o English Language and conversational classes, with social activities for adults who have been affected by COVID19. The commitment includes, amongst other details outlined below, the provision of English Language tutor/s, appropriate classroom/holiday club space, associated workbooks/learning materials, cr?che and venue hire.
