An Industrial Hydrogen Accelerator (IHA) Stream 2A project as specified in the ITT. In brief, a Stream 2A project is a feasibility study to explore system design and provide information on technical requirements and costs of a possible follow-on 2B project. Where a possible later 2B project would entail a demonstration project or FEED study for a demo that constructs end-to-end industrial hydrogen systems, from hydrogen production to end-use, to prove their feasibility and provide further evidence on the real-world performance and costs.
