Warwick District Council (WDC) sought a Contractor for the demolition of Castle Farm Recreation Centre and Abbey Fields Swimming Pool in order to implement Phase Two of the Leisure Development Programme (LDP). Both sites are located in close proximity to each other in Kenilworth, Warwickshire. A contract was appointed following a mini competition through the Procure Public framework for demolition. For practical reasons, although a single award has been made, the contract has been split into 2 contracts to make the management of each site easier.
