Tendring District Council and Colchester Borough Council in partnership with Essex County Council (the Councils) seek to appoint consultants to undertake a viability study related to the preparation of the emerging Tendring Colchester Borders Garden Community Development Plan Document (DPD). The study will: • advise the Councils on viability of the policies and land use proposals as set out in the DPD in accordance with national policy and guidance. • to test and provide evidence that the proposed infrastructure and policy re-quirements are viable, to form background evidence for consideration via an Examination in Public of the DPD.
