VIVID - PIN [Prior Information Notice] for the provision of Building Material

Description

We're a leading housing association in the south of England with 33,000 homes and 72,000 customers across Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire and West Sussex. Our vision is 'more homes, bright futures' which means we exist to help people achieve and maintain the basic need and right to a safe and secure home, vital to everyone's wellbeing and chances in life. We are inviting feedback from interested suppliers to assist us in structuring our future procurement for the supply of Building Materials. We're asking for our pre-procurement engagement questionnaire to be completed to help us with this. The feedback is intended to be industry level rather than to promote individual suppliers, therefore this is not intended as a competitive or sales opportunity. We currently have 4 contracts as detailed below, these contracts are due to expire in May 2023. As we look at potential ways to structure the new contract, we wish to engage with the market to inform our approach. We will require a wide range of building materials to achieve this. We currently intend to split our requirements into 4 lots/contracts matching the existing model, but are interested to explore other options.
