To comply with current statutory fire regulations / codes and recommended fire protection measures. Works will include replacement fire doors and fire protection to means of escape, the provision of related signage, sundry repairs and upgrading works including fire detection and alarm systems to provide ongoing safety and protection of residents. Provide the correct level of passive fire protection in properties and communal areas through fire compartmentation to ensure safe means of escape by residents in the event of emergency. Renewal, upgrading and provision of smoke and fire detection and alarm systems.
