Description

The Fund does not currently have an EDI strategy. It has been agreed that an approach to EDI for the organisation will be embedded within the overarching organisational strategy. We are currently undertaking a range of deep dives, including two that will explore elements of this approach, looking specifically at the accessibility of our funding products, and how we should use funding programmes to respond to inequalities. We are also developing a new set of values for the organisation as part of this process, which will include reflections on EDI. However, there remains a need for an overarching piece to understand what the Fund needs to put in place in order to deliver an ambitious, evidence based and meaningful commitment to addressing EDI. This will be a four month contract until 01st March 2023. The maximum budget for this procurement is £30,000 including expenses (excluding VAT). This contract will be subject to the Fund's standard terms and conditions.
