Due to the age of the equipment, degradation of sources and lack of IT updates, and with no back-up system available, there is an increasing risk of failure, therefore urgent remedial action is required.<br/>To maintain a compliant, calibrating capability an X-ray system is required, and the identified supplier is the only UK/European supplier capable of directly providing a compatible system suitable for RPI calibration in the required timescales. |
