The Healthcare Quality Improvement Partnership (HQIP) is seeking to commission an organisation that will support the delivery of the Falls & Fragility Fracture Audit Programme (FFFAP). This is a national clinical audit of hip fractures and inpatient falls, as well as the organisation of discrete services dedicated to secondary fracture prevention. The contract will initially be delivered for NHS-funded care in England and Wales, for a period of three years, at a maximum total budget of up to £2,188,800 GBP excluding VAT. Bids exceeding this limit will be rejected. There is potential to extend the contract for up to two additional years at £637,500 per year. With the inclusion of aspirational intent as defined at Section 12 of this ITT's specification, the maximum potential ceiling value is £6,277,730.00 GBP excluding VAT. This procurement is for public clinical services which fall under the 'Public Contract Regulations (PCR2015)' for the purpose of the Regulations. The procedure that the Commissioner is following is set out in the Invitation to Tender.
