Tender to appoint a contractor to undertake maintenance work to our properties throughout the southwest.
The purpose of the proposed contract is to provide planned maintenance construction services to the Westward Housing Group property portfolio. Core work areas will include and are not limited to: • Planned external and internal decorations • External masonry repairs • Roof repairs • Rainwater goods renewal • All other planned maintenance tasks as are required. The tender is divided into five Lots by geographical areas. A direct award will be made to one contractor for each area (lot) with no limit on the number of lots submitted that can be won. Lot 1 West Cornwall to Bodmin (all TR postcodes) Lot 2 Mid & East Cornwall and Plymouth (all PL postcodes) Lot 3 South Devon (all TQ postcodes) Lot 4 East Devon and Tiverton (EX1-17, EX24, & TA20-21) Lot 5 North Devon (EX18-23 & EX31-39) Please submit one quality response, this will be used to score a single lot or multiple lots Contractors have the choice to submit pricing that covers a single individual lot or a single submission that is for multiple or All lots. Where contractors are submitting pricing against multiple lots, please indicate which lots that the pricing document refers to in the ‘Lot Submission notice’ section of the pricing submission document. If a contractor wishes to submit varying pricing for different lots, then please provide multiple documents and indicate the lot that the document refers to as above.
