The service will deliver personal care to working age and older service users with a care need identified following a care assessment carried out by the Council in accordance with the Care Act 2014. The service will cater for a range of levels of need in service users. The successful providers will deliver packages of care to enable service users to maintain or to attain greater independence whilst living in their own home. The Framework will initially be for three (3) years, with scope for extensions up to seven (7) years in total.
