Description

We are seeking quotations from ETC Approved Suppliers for the replacement of the current 4x ETC Sensor + racks, replacing them with 4x 24 frame 48 channel ETC sensor 3 racks, total 192 channels or upgrading current racks to Sensor 3 racks and fitted with ETC thru power modules, to provide the ability to switch from dimming to hot power. We will require the ability to utilise the remote monitoring and control functions available on these dimmers to allow the onsite team to control these from a phone or tablet. We will require wiring, testing and commissioning of all new ETC Sensor 3 Dimmers and safe disposal of all removed items. We are also looking to upgrade the current lighting patch panel from Wieland, GST18i3 connectors to power-con connectors plus the supply of sufficient patch cables. If an upgrade is not possible then repairing the existing patch bay would be required. These works need to be priced separately as they may/may not be undertaken at the same time as the dimmer upgrades. Help and Support - The Council will provide as much support and information as it can to help guide you through the quotation process. Questions asked together with the response, will be made available to all tenderers, to ensure a fair and consistent approach to all. If there is anything you are not sure about or need clarification on, please use the Correspondence facility within the In-tend electronic tendering system. Last date for receiving questions on In-Tend system is Monday 24th October 2022. Return of Quotation - Completed Quotations and attachments should be submitted electronically by the due date via our In-tend electronic tendering system. Quotations must be uploaded via the "My Return" section of the system. Quotations submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered. Your Quotation must be submitted via the In-tend system by no later than 12:00 noon on Friday 28th October 2022.
