Future Leaders Programme, Burnley

Description

Burnley Borough Council and the Burnley Bondholders, partnering with The University of Central Lancashire (UCLan), wish to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified trainer/facilitator with coaching skills to deliver a bespoke Future Leader's programme. The programme will be 12-months in duration involving a team building residential; 10 face-to-face sessions (likely to be monthly sessions in Burnley) and up to three individual coaching sessions for the ten participants. Participants would be aged under 30 and from companies which are part of the Burnley Bondholders, who will fund this Future Leader's programme. The Future Leaders programme is a new initiative, developed to attract and retain young talented individuals to work in our borough. We want to inspire the next generation of leaders and provide the skills and tools with which they can have a successful career and give back to the community. Burnley Borough Council, Burnley Bondholders and UCLan The Future Leaders programme is a partnership between Burnley Borough Council, Burnley Bondholders and UCLan, with the cost of this programme covered by the Burnley Bondholder fees.
